Imlay is a one-man operation, and I spend as much time in the canyons as I can. I'll try to get back to you promptly, but if I'm off in the canyons, it might be a couple of days. While the phone is NOT covered, the email is - try that.
Is your stuff guaranteed?
Our stuff is warranted to be free of defects in manufacturing and materials. Please read the descriptions of each item to understand what it is for. If you have questions, please ask via email Tom at CanyoneeringUSA dot com. Many of our items require substantial judgement to use "safely".
Since canyoneering is very hard on gear, we do not have a blanket "satisfaction" guarantee. If you think something you bought from us is not worthy, shoot me an email and we can work something out.
I want to return something - what do I do?
You can ship to our shipping address above. Even if you use the US Post Office, please ship to the PO Box. Please shoot me an email first. Include an email address with all returns so we can communicate after I look it over.
